Pros

Global company with opportunities, but it is in cost cutting mode. They had a great CEO, but he was let go. There could be opportunities here, but they a slim and far right now. Good pay for a tough work environment.

Cons

Always cost cutting and laying off folks. CFO seems to run the company. Do not underestimate the senior mgt politics, as they are brutal at Boart. No sense of company culture. You me be on the "in" to get raises and promotions.

Pros

They will entice talents with a little higher pay, even relocate you, but will lay you off sooner. Hire and fire strategy, nepotism, highly unstable company.

Cons

An experienced employees with two Masters degrees and certifications, good attitude to work and smart working was laid off over lazy employees with no bachelors. I keep my option open to exit the coy, until then I am cleaning the mess and kissing ass!
