Decent benefits low pay, just a number

Pros

Good place to get your foot in the door for the drilling industry. Good benefits not much else.

Cons

18 an hour. Your just a number to them and can be replaced anytime. Not much value on family or time off. They joke about belonging to Boart longyear in orientation but it's not a joke. They 100% own you and will fire you for any reason. Do not ask for a raise that makes them angry. HR people very rude
