There are still a few people left that understand the business, and they company is well diversified. Some of the groups continue strong even in the current market conditions.

Cons

This is a very cyclical business where internal competition between services and products fosters and unhealthy relationship. As with any large business do not expect your manager to always have the experience or answers when needed as their own decisions may be poor and could ultimately affect your career.

It's a job. It pays the bills, for now.

Cons

We had a lot more benefits, that got taken away, as the company is not doing well. I haven't had a raise in years. No opportunity for advancement. Coworkers are difficult. I just do my job and leave.
