Pros

The drilling crews were brilliant to work with, they were helpful and friendly even in extreme environmental conditions (Australian Outback).

Cons

I worked in their Perth (Australia) office and was exposed to massive disorganisation (no quality dept not even a doc controller), safety is limited to writing incident reports and blaming/sacking the injured employee. Turnover is huge and training virtually non existent beyond what the client requires for mobilisation. Some of the managers are not fit to do their jobs, seem to think that bullying, standover tactics are the road to success. Company is circling the drain.
