Pros
The resort is massive. They have good benefits like health insurance, pto, and good price on lunch. During summer employees will get to use the resort amenities at discounted price. Overall, It will look good on your resume.
Cons
For a resort this big they need better managers. They have a manager for every job there is but these managers are terrible. It is extremely difficult to get a promotion here because every time there's a position available they will have someone in line for it. People that aren't even qualified to be a manager yet get promoted. So many dishonest employees trying to steal money. Managers are aware of the issues but never care to fix or capable to fix these issues. Employees are not being accountable for their wrong actions. Overall I will never work here again unless they have different management company and fire all the current managers.
