Worst Hilton property to work for
Pros
* The only pros are the Hilton Perks. Go Hilton employee hotel rates are great.
Cons
* Poor Management * Executive Leadership does not care about lower staff * Promotions are based upon friendships and relationship status with upper management. * Paychecks are wrong and they blame it on the new system even with accurate timecards * Upper management does not speak to lower employees but complain if you do not acknowledge them. * Raises are given to friends and not hardworking employees * Managers are always out on leave and never at work. Lower staff are at work more than managers. * Poor service given to clients. * Dirty employee areas bathrooms are not cleaned throughout the day. Trash all over the facility with garbages overflowing. * New employees receive no training because managers do not know how to do their jobs. * Women staff make inappropriate sexual comments to the men in hallways. * Upper management never addresses employee concerns * Not enough parking when big events come to property. * Managers show too much favoritism to their friends. * Not enough professionals or managers with credentials. * Sell stuff to employees overpriced.
