      Good pay and benefits but chaotic management turnover

      Pros

      Pay is good plus the benefits are decent

      Cons

      Manager turn over is crazy. in less than 2 years my manager changed 5+ times, some lasting not even 3 months. No consistency with management. A high level personnel from the New York office came by and didn't recognize anyone because in under a year the whole staff changed over. Multiple locations have closed since last year.

      Growing Pains

      Bond is great at investing in its employees growth and development. They offer tuition reimbursement and flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Bond is still struggling with its identity as a new company. There have been a lot of major overhauls in its first couple of years as it is trying to define itself.

      Inclusive, supportive team, good culture, patient and client care are important. Higher level managers make time to talk to you and support.

      Cons

      Directives/focus can change quickly, which can be a little off-putting.
