Good teammates, those who haven't left already anyway. some good managers, depends on your preference

I don't even know where to start. Pre - merger, Social Solutions was a fantastic place to work. Great benefits, great people, great mission that /actually/ had substance behind it. Post merger is a corporate nightmare. Completely destroyed our company culture, AUP, and sales team in the name of profit. ELT can't risk upsetting their PE overlords so every change has been for the worse. Underpaid, slowly eradicating the sales team with impossible quotas, and firing top performers for not having enough pipeline, despite only a handful of reps actually closing deals.
