-supportive management -great team members -an interesting and diverse base base of clients

Cons

-Bad comp plan -inadequate training/onboarding -no fault of the company’s, but it’s just inherently difficult to sell to a nonprofit market. Inexperienced buyers with no budget who are generally too busy in their day to day to take sales calls
