We recognize that because Sales/BDRS is both a performance-based and metric driven role, it can be stressful at times. Our training and coaching programs are intended to develop early-career Sales/BDR professionals and constructive feedback is tailored to help our sales professionals nurture their sales skills and advance their command of B2B software sales. We are committed to growth opportunities for all our employees and continually assess systems and processes, along with a robust people management program to allow team members access to training and additional opportunities within the company and are very proud of the fact that nearly 100% of our BDR Managers have been hired and promoted from within our BDR/Sales teams. We are always open for direct feedback, whether through your manager/HR Team or other senior leaders and actively encourage this so all employees have a positive learning and work experience and bright futures!
