-Low pay compared to other specialty retail stores. -Salaried store managers are overworked during the holiday season, while hourly store managers collect large amounts of overtime pay.

Corporate & HR don't care it's all a fake facade. It's a very hostile & toxic work place a lot of responsibility for little pay.

Management is great until they cover up for certain employees. They definitely pick favorites and there is ALWAYS drama. Hire high schoolers and your going to get high school drama. A certain keyholder should be fired for the inappropriate behavior he’s done. Sexual and racist comments are always said. Not to mention, another coworker was saying he was sending her explicit pictures. He should have been fired then. He would text in the middle of the night about not work things. Always talking about drinking and then goes out for drinks with the younger people. And management covers up for him. All around not worth the drama for the terrible pay. JUST NO!
