Pros

The discount they have is great.

Cons

In my experience, I have been working there 3 years now and have not gotten promoted when other people have been hired and within a couple months they are in a higer position, I would say there is favoritism. You rarely get acknowledged for your work.

Started out great and went downhill

Pros

Fantastic discount, fun atmosphere at times, nice customer base

Cons

Long hours, sometimes no days off at all. POS system is outdated and needs to be replaced. Took years to get chip readers for credit cards! Too much is expected of the stores. Everything must be done at last minute notice. Request for merchandise that is really needed per customer request is completely ignored. Always had to send customers to other stores because they wanted it NOW not next week even though it is offered through the in store internet.
