Management is the worst, not only does the favoritism displayed on behalf of the manager make the work environment very unpleasant but also the way she picks and chooses who gets to work and who doesn’t, her favorite employees get to sit around in the back and chit chat while the others on shift have to pick up slack. She does not address serious matters especially if it has to do with employees she favorites. A lot of the employees are either immature or incompetent and only want to work when it comes to making sales. I enjoy what I do as a sales associate but the experience with the other staff make it an unpleasant experience. No one takes anything serious other than the assistant manager and it’s sad to see how much effort she puts into a place that probably doesn’t even value what she does for the company. Needless to say the only thing keeping me here is the discount.
