Pros

The company has been trying to reinvent itself and has shown an interest in recruiting young talent and taking a new approach to marketing, sales, and product development. You get a Bose home theater after 90 days of employment - to return when you leave the company. You also have unlimited pay potential in terms of bonuses.

Cons

Bose doesn't necessarily believe in paying for performance even though they pay lip service to it. Many employees in this luxury company are paid just above minimum wage. The company also has not done itself properly in recruiting talent and energy, or in developing projects - despite claiming to want to do exactly that. In an attempt to reach down and approach the middle customers, Bose instead has fallen for the bottom of the pile and is digging deeper in terms of product quality, marketing, and sales approach.

Upper management is afraid to take risks and even when they say they are going to change they always fall back to their old ways.

-great products. -rich history. -generous discounts. -great PTO.

Cons

-new structure and management is terrible, retail management makes their best guess every year. -They blame people for product problems, put you on a performance plan if you don't hit goals but over 70% of people are on them so what does that say about the company? -Slow to react to every product on the market , always playing catch up. not a leader, great follower. -use to be a great company, unfortunately since the people at the top including retail management are paid on profits, they base all their decisions on the $ and hurt a lot of people in the process. not a company to bleed for , do the basics and get your check!
