Pros

Great benefits ...good locations across the US and UK . Below the VP level lots of great people. A good place for someone to start their career if only to see what not to do.

Cons

Environment as mentioned in numerous reviews is toxic. Sr management is borderline incompetent and without question arrogant and ignorant. The amount of wasted opportunity is beyond imagination. If you NEVER want to feel accomplished or successful you will fit right in. As soon as I have an option I will move on like most of the other good people.

Pros

Can get away with barely working or being terrible at your job Strong in UK Market due to lack of competent competition Don't seem to register sick days so take as many as you want

Cons

Directors in it for themselves Claim to be customer first but any insider will tell you it's Revenue first, customer Second Pick favourites and bend over backwards to please them, ignoring everyone else Brown nosing is their preferred method for promotion Claim innovation but don't have a clue Claim to look after employees but have zero real benefits - unless you count free fruit and pizza friday once a month New hire's are treated better than long-term staff, so they don't realise how terrible a company they are until for a while Do not care about employee loyalty Pay rates are terrible - and I mean TERRIBLE Do not engage employees Do not progress employees Do not assist in improving employees skillsets / talents Do not care about employee morale Management do not care about people, and will happily verbally abuse them in front of other staff Customer billing processes are a joke Don't care about customer loyalty Technology from the stone age Monumentally tight with money - do not invest in people, technology or even product development

Pros

Great coffee machines, great meeting rooms.

Cons

Most of their products are extremely old, there is zero product documentation available for customers or support teams, communication and cooperation between teams is hostile, improving the products and the customer's support experience is an afterthought for decision makers, the support directors and managers are non-technical and clueless, the practices and systems used to support customers are far below industry standards, the support experience for the support person and the customer is overall a frustrating and massively inefficient process.
