      Very mediocre community hospital

      Pros

      Working in Boulder, which is a beautiful town, so the hospital had a laid back vibe and very nice personal touches such as a piano player, a nice outdoor area, and flowers/plants around the place that made the hospital stand out by being pleasing to the eye, and was not a sterile environment.

      Cons

      A very mediocre community hospital that put more care into the presentation of the hospital and its appearance than focusing on the care of it's employees and patients- I was both of theses at BCH and was treated pretty terribly at times. Work and patient environment was unprofessional, I would not recommend this hospital.

      Pros

      The best part of BCH is the people you work with every day. I think most employees would agree. Good work/life balance culture in general. It is Boulder after all.

      Cons

      Not terribly high pay and in some cases not much room for upward mobility.
