      Pros

      At least I have a job.

      Cons

      Micromanagement to the fullest. Favoritism and discrimination for the couple of us that work the hardest. Have to take vacation time for required holidays off.

      The only thing I like about BCH after 4 years are the people I work with.

      Pros

      Mission driven organization that cares about helping the community. People are here because they like being a part of that culture. Many friendly faces can be found in the halls. Management is open and communicates regularly.

      Cons

      Most teams could have better balance if there was more staff-sometimes my workload is too much. Parking is a challenge. PTO is much lower than I've had with other local employers.
