      My department has great co-workers that are helpful.

      Pay below average. Management DOES NOT walk their talk, lots of BS when it come to their so called ENCORE system of how to treat others. This corporation is very Nepotistic even with the new CEO. Managers and Supervisors frightened by new blood with ideas and great experience. We have upper management making clinical decisions having no clinical skills over many years.

      Cons

      Leadership is the most toxic of anywhere I’ve ever worked. They don’t want managers talking to one another and call you in, if they hear you have been. They like to create a culture of paranoia and distrust.
