      To mirror others most of the people are great and genuinely care about giving patients a great experience

      Cons

      Terrible management, they completely miss the mark in creating a positive culture. They cut corners in the hopes nothing bad happens to patients, this was disappointing to see as I saw this happen on a number of occasions. Pay doesn't compensate the high cost of living in the area

      Pros

      My Coworkers were amazing! Hard working staff. Management does not listen to the staff needs and does not reward them when they go above and beyond their job.

      Cons

      Low pay, making changes but are rewarding new nurses and completing shorting nurses with experience and longevity. The management is slow to make needed changes and are usually behind other hospitals in making changes needed for the community.
