While employed at BCH, I felt like a part of a family. There were constant trainings and team meetings so that the department I worked in was on the same page, and up to date on skills or changes within the department. The staff and my team members were incredible and always willing to help.

Leadership is the most toxic of anywhere I’ve ever worked. They don’t want managers talking to one another and call you in, if they hear you have been. They like to create a culture of paranoia and distrust.
