      Pros

      We have several new members in upper leadership who appear to know/understand what is needed for staff as well as the community that they serve. I see a new culture and appreciation for improvement.

      Cons

      I've been here for 10 years and we have had years that have not been great for employees. I do see that this is improving; however, as a hospital we have a lot of work left in order to clean up some of the previous missteps.

      Good PTO accrual, good facility, therapy dogs roaming the halls put smiles on everyone's faces.

      Cons

      Labor budgets cut, inept management that's disconnected from the issues, racist coworkers, nepotism, and depressing outlook.
