The location to my residence at the time of employment was Idea. they were willing to move me to locations even closer to home as well.

Cons

The Pay scale seemed very low when compared to other locations. they never really offered great raises or bonuses for the work that was done.

It is a beautiful facility..

Cons

Very clicky- management has tons of favorites. There is a group in surgery that is so covetous of their click- they cover for each other's weaknesses. Nepotism rules!! Different rules depending on who you are. Terribly discouraging if you want to be treated fairly.
