Good place to gain experience, but not a place to stay for a career

They are willing to take new grads so they are able to gain experience

Cons

Short staff at all times, management seeps to not care that short staff/ high turnover rate doesn't matter. Even if it effects the patent quality of care.

My department has great co-workers that are helpful.

Pay below average. Management DOES NOT walk their talk, lots of BS when it come to their so called ENCORE system of how to treat others. This corporation is very Nepotistic even with the new CEO. Managers and Supervisors frightened by new blood with ideas and great experience. We have upper management making clinical decisions having no clinical skills over many years.
