Business Outlook
Pros
The nicest, hardest working employees throughout the system. The patients are, for the most part, healthier than the norm, laid back and friendly too. The new hospital is beautiful, but outgrown from day one.
Cons
The biggest revolving door ever. Management doesn't care if you get paid enough, have good benefits, have what you need to do your job, or if you leave. There will be somebody coming from out of state, or just out of school, if you leave, so... bye bye! Travelers everywhere. And, they like it that way!
