      Pros

      Fellow employees are caring and helpful; family-like atmosphere. The concern and love for helping the patients really shows in the things people do everyday.

      Cons

      Management is over staffed and the rest of the place is under-staffed. Cut a director and hire two nurses.

      Pros

      Well intended organization, provide tons of charity care, ranked 15 nationally for patient safety, progressive approach to quality improvement, lovely staff.

      Cons

      None specifically. There can sometimes seem to be an "us" and "them" feeling regarding management, but working alongside the management I realize intentions are good and all with same goals of excellent quality.
