It is a beautiful facility..

Very clicky- management has tons of favorites. There is a group in surgery that is so covetous of their click- they cover for each other's weaknesses. Nepotism rules!! Different rules depending on who you are. Terribly discouraging if you want to be treated fairly.

I worked with people from every department. They were all great to work with.

Cons

HR was difficult to work with from within. They didn't seem to have a pulse on what was going on in the departments that they were hiring for.
