Great place to work for retirement if management where to change

Pros

Unit is small and organized in a way that makes sense, supplies are 90% of the time always available, security in unit and are quick to respond. Higher acuity unit is smaller than most at only 4 patients.

Cons

Managements main concern is righting staff for minute issues, as well as making up things about staff, and creating division amongst day and night shift. If you bring up policies that are not being followed they diverge and then if a mistake happens staff is getting the blame.
