Steady work. Corporate type benefits. Hours are good

Cons

Lots of favoritism. Extremely high turn over. Owners saving money is more important than anything. Management is sporadic

Pros

The company has made great strides in company culture and is definitely worth applying to especially if your new to that field. I received regular pay increases and the work was interesting for an entry level job. My boss specifically was great to work with and was one of the reasons I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

Tools to do the job were lacking. Everything is done manually. The tech was old and nothing worked well together. Communication was also an issue, but was improving so may not be bad now.
