Upper management favors specific staff. Allows staff fraternization with residents. Discriminates against applicants based on occupancy; not treating every applicant with the same criteria, including criminals. Terrible benefit coverage. Unprofessional "chatter" about other colleagues. Reported to BBB several times and major lawsuits filed against the company for multiple violations. Spend every week in a courtroom evicting people. and terrible buildings with non stop complaints from tenants about everything you can possibly imaging that goes along with Property Management. Unskilled and never trained hires making it difficult to move forward with day to day because you're having to teach someone how to use Excel. Zero respect for your personal life as everyone in the company know your business-like family. NO VALUES -Huge turnover
