Second Family - Hard Workers and Big Hearts

Pros

Supportive and encouraging group from all walks of life. This team has been a second family to me when I was alone in a new place, and without question, they took me in as one of their own. Everyone is on an even playing field and given equal and ample opportunity to succeed and excel personally and professionally.

Cons

Can't really think of anything. Every place has improvements that can be made, but the beauty of Brainsell is that we recognize that fact, and work to continue an upward path.

Petty, mean and childish

Pros

Unlimited vacation and sick days. Potential to make $$.

Cons

Small group of extremely arrogant, childish people that make stuff up all day and laugh their heads off because some people believe them. They gossip all day about 1) Partners 2) Employees that are out of the office 3) Ex-employees.

Rude and Unprofessional

Pros

Nice area, they are north of Boston

Cons

No Health Insurance, and they are a Massachusetts company, not sure how this is even legal. Rude Management won't listen to us with new ideas.
