Pros

Pay can be decent at times. Paid vacation (although if you take time off you will be made to feel worthless).

Cons

Probably won't become a better person by working here. You will likely become shallow as you stress out for no reason. No benefits. Dead end job unless you stay. You will be forced to make eye contact with management while they eat bananas (not even kidding).

We couldn't agree more. If you stay it's not a dead end job. In fact most people make their dreams come true with high income that's uncapped. So, pay can really be decent for those who stay and work hard as a team member. We offer a fully stocked kitchen too... and yes there's bananas, grapes, berries and more! Our sales team is the highest paid team in our sector. They're a driven bunch... 8 in total right now... but we're hiring and growing. We have three openings to expand the team. Sales Development Representative, Account Manager and an ERP Account Executive. As an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Company, BrainSell's entrepreneurial environment relies on smart, creative individuals to help us achieve our growth objectives. This means finding people who are passionate about and committed to our BrainSell team and bringing value to our customers. Pros

Great company that allows you a solid salary base with great commission structure. Although Brainsell is one of the larger service and solutions companies I've worked for, it still holds to a tight family atmosphere. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The projects you're part of give you insight into a wide variety of industries.

Cons

None that I can think of. But, if you not career motivated or ambitious, then this job is not for you.

Pros

Fantastic place to learn, grow and make your financial dreams a reality. Break into the cutting edge technology space without feeling totally intimidated and unsupported. You can make your dreams come true in this entrepreneurial atmosphere. You will get out what you put in. The business has matured to the point where processes are in place and you’ll find support and advice whenever you need it.

Cons

Small office. Can be noisy but also a pro in that you learn from others on the phone and spit balling.
