Poor management overall! Upper management is horrible!

You are trusted to a certain extent, in which you will be left alone for the most part especially if you're a snitch.

Cons

Lack of management understanding the chain of command (from up to down), they will believe a new hires word over a seasoned employee or even a Project Manager. The only way to advance is have slight knowledge of your job and snitch on people that actually know what they are doing. No morals and work ethics is a plus for an employee.
