They didn't respect my coworkers paid vacation, expected her to work during her time off. Very disorganized management and a lot of nepotism.

The biggest scaffold company in the world. Every Region is different.

Cons

Disjointed and confusing strategy cycles with aggressively bad leadership in constant revolving door lasting 6 months to a year. You will recieve 0 to no onboarding, or job training - just 25-30 hours of computer training from cybersecurity to ethics training. No real training, you will need to dig deep into the system to find training manuals from 2015 Safway. If you are on bonus or retainer fully expect to be cut in February so that they do not have you pay you for all your work the previous year. Depending on your "new" manager do not expect to have any work life balance whatsoever.
