      Pros

      Plenty of resources at your disposal. After 20 years with the company they give you a wooden bowl to show their appreciation.

      Cons

      Can be somewhat cliquey. Promotions are determined based on time spent with the company and individual performance is ignored. Compensation is not competitive with industry standards and needs improvement. Bonuses are the same for each position regardless of the work you put in. Only way to climb the ladder in the company is to spend your entire career with them.

      Not family oriented for hourly employees in any way shape or form!

      Pros

      High pay. Good hourly co workers.

      Cons

      Never work anywhere near you're home. Office personnel seemed to think they were better than hourly employees. No vacation unless the superintendent was decent enough to pay you. Work from daylight to dark and sunday was just another workday. When you are out of town working, superintendents make you feel like they will replace you if you refuse to work every weekend.

      Great family owned company, awesome place to work if you are a PM or Estimator - lack of respect/growth for support staff

      Cons

      Career growth, lack of innovation, industry is changing but we aren't on the cutting edge of technology or industry standards
