      Good work/life balance

      Pros

      So far I’ve found a much better work/life balance here than I had at my old job.

      Cons

      The pay is less than what I was making before, but to me it’s worth it because I have more free time now.

      Didn’t keep to their word and then stopped valuing their employees

      Good benefits and alright pay

      Cons

      After training ends and you get tenured you stopped receiving help. No regular coaching. All the managers seem like they don’t care about you anymore. And they throw thing on you last minute. Oh and they made so much money last year but didn’t give many people raises not even some who stuck it out through the update. Like seriously if they did so great you would think they would at least value those who helped make that happen and stuck through the update. Even fast food gives annual raises
