Thanks for recognizing that our communication is transparent, honest, and respectful. We care about two-way communication -- understanding what is going out with our associates via multiple surveys per year and town hall sessions to let our associates know what's going on financially or in leadership. We can appreciate that medical benefits are expensive these days, but Bread Financial actually covers more than 75% of the cost of the plan premiums for our associates and only pass along a fraction of the price to the associate. We're always looking to find additional value and explore ways to reduce cost to our associates.
