Pros

Pay Benefits 401k After only 6 months you are able to move up in the company. Triple pay for holidays worked. Great support from management and peers.

Cons

Schedule suck, when hired you always get an evening shift. You can try for a schedule change after being there 3 months. I've been here for 6 years and still cant get an early shift schedule. Points system.

Hi there - thanks for your review and your 6 years working in Customer Service! Our 401K plan enhancements for this year are pretty amazing -- not only does it start right when you begin employment but we also automatically set you up with a 3% contribution (of your base salary) regardless of whether the employee contributes anything. We're helping people save by contributing our money to their accounts! We're so glad to hear you feel supported by your management and by your peers -- that makes work so much more enjoyable for everyone!

Hi there - thanks for your feedback. It is great to see a balanced review like this with both pros and cons since that is real-life. :) We're glad to see you recognize and appreciate the focus we put on work-life balance and focus on associate well-being. We're always looking for great partnerships and some certainly work out better than others, as does anything in life. Thanks for staying with us for 20+ years!

Pros

I initially took the job due to the ability to work from home. The pays better than a lot of places in town and so are the benefits.

Cons

Severely lacking in structure and functionality. The way they want things to operate vs how they actually operate are vastly different. You're not provided with all the tools to do your job to their standard, and when there's a system or IT issue you rarely get it resolved. There is a huge miscommunication issue between management and staff, and a lot of the time they omit important information. Getting sick is a challenge, they offer a limited amount of PSL but if you have to leave or take the day off without PSL you incur attendance points. You're ranked based off your calls and productivity, so when the phone lines are mixed up and calls come through that you shouldn't receive you have to transfer which negatively impacts your rating. Seems to be set up to reward those who disregard the customer's needs and hurts those who do our best to assist customera.

We're sorry to read that you've had a less-than-ideal experience joining our company. Glad that you love working from home and that you feel like the compensation and benefits are a strong incentive! We know no one loves to get sick and totally understand that it can throw your routine into chaos. We provide generous Paid Sick Leave Plus (PSL+) to ensure our non-exempt associates have the paid time off to get healthy and take care of themselves! We encourage you to provide feedback on your experience with your supervisor. If you have unresolved issues, we encourage you to reach out to People Center (HR) for support.
