Bread is a great company to work for, but recent management shifts have caused concern. - Benefits package is top notch - Unlimited PTO for salaried employees - Set your own schedule (but there's a catch) - Numerous growth opportunities - Senior management is fantastic (VP and up)

Cons

- Very little to no schedule flexibility once you set your schedule - Middle management's moral compass doesn't follow the companies, creating an often toxic environment - Mandatory overtime for associates and supervisors - Pay typically falls on the mid to low end, with salary reconsideration not an option

We're glad to hear you love the benefits and the unlimited FTO (Flexible Time Off). Scheduling will always be a point of contention. As long as we provide 24/7 phone support to our customers, there will always be a preference for more standard shifts, right? Fortunately, you get the ability to set a schedule that works for you and your lifestyle. Just like committing to a college class schedule, once an associate selects their availability and schedule, we rely on them to be available during that shift. Our workforce management team definitely attempts to find a work schedule that works for the associate!! Thanks for the compliments to senior leadership too!
