      The atmosphere is comforting, and management keeps us in the loop about individual and company performance. Compensation is competitive, making every day at work both fun and a learning experience.

      Cons

      The company is always evolving, which is mostly positive. However, finding the right shift can take some time initially.

      The pay is great. The the bonus is great but you gotta work it behind off just to get it.

      Cons

      It’s a very performance based job you have to hit their numbers. If you don’t, they will let you go.
