      Being a type one diabetic, it gave me great pleasure to help the people who work so hard to give so much to the diabetes community.

      Working at the Chapter level is fun and fullfilling - great cause and great staff and volunteers; great benefits and mission

      National micromanages without consideration and perspective to geographical differences of Chapters Not much ability to increase salary from starting salary
