      Great mission, bad management

      Pros

      Mission is great and foundation supports vital research Gives you the opportunity to connect with lots of great volunteers and supporters

      Cons

      Bad management- two different Executive Directors while I was there, they were both terrible Very high turnover

      Pros

      Volunteers are amazing and incredibly generous with time and money. Marketing team is strong, and there are certain staff that are really top notch.

      Cons

      Current environment is very stressful as donations are down. Despite this Senior management Expects double digit annual increases in revenue and nothing to back up up how to get there. When fundraisers can't deliver they quickly cite nonperformance -- Crazy turnover across the board. Unethical pocket lining at highest level is concerning.

      Great benefits; offices across the US if you'd like to transfer.

      Cons

      Overwhelming corporate culture, and not in a good way. Very high turn over, too much time wasted on conference calls that no one needs, bizarre and byzantine management style.
