      Mission is real and important

      Cons

      HQ management is really poor All over the place and full of themselves, particularly at the top. Not helpful to staff and field (they think they are!). Don’t really have an appreciation for actual work. Constantly wastes peope’s time

      Great people to work with, great work environment, great mission. JDRF is truly doing big things to help cure T1D and the staff/volunteers are incredibly passionate.

      Career opportunity/advancement. Chapter life is cyclical.
