They have a 30% turn over rate so easy to sign up with them.

Cons

They don't treat their employees fairly and micro manage most of their events not to allow employees to use their talents.

I met a lot of people, the branch manager agreed to give me a good reference. I learned a lot about the inner workings of a non-profit.

Cons

There was no formal training process and it was unpaid. I was in the office about 15 hours a week and did many of the tasks the branch manager did.

Great place to work while in between jobs or taking a break from full time work

Cons

You have to be motivated to work on your own, as typically you work out of your home office. Also, not much guidance provided by the CEO - you need to figure out the projects with your team.
