I love working from home, of course satisfaction with job relies heavily on who you work with. In this case I love working for my current supervisor.

Cons

The pay could be more, if it weren't for the fact that my internet and Cable are free I'd be looking for another job.

Free cable and internet. Okay health coverage

Cons

Pay is well below industry standards. Leadership micro manages people. The company is full of toxic cliques. They hire people from outside instead of using the talents of those within the company. They use employees for what they need then dump them. They set impossible performance metrics and as soon as an employee gets close, they change the goal post.
