Great management and decent schedule.

Cons

No room to grow from within. Pay went down, it was acknowledged and nothing has been done to offset. Upper management wanted more agents for less calls holding with the understanding that this would hurt sales commissions drastically. Nothing was done to offset this change financially for our hard working sales team.
