Pros

I am a new hire for Breezeline and so far it has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone has been so supportive and helpful and I cannot be more grateful. Anytime I have questions everyone is quick to assist as well as still reassuring me that I'm doing a great job and not making me feel as though I'm a burden.

Cons

I have not found any yet. maybe I eat to much because we get to work from home!

The team is absolutely amazing! Everyone is helpful and pitches in with ideas and answers when needed. The direct managers are always concerned with our well-being and happiness in the workplace. Stress is minimum compared to where I was working before. And the work from home aspect is absolutely INCREDIBLE! Recieved my equipment for work from home and it is top quality as well.

Cons

It is a lot to learn at once, but everyone is VERY helpful.

Do Not Work Here. This Company Is Sinking and Taking Employee's Livelihood

Pros

None. It used to be a great place to work, but they revamped everything this summer and cut many of their retention specialists' by at least a thousand a month, but some even more.

Cons

The management keeps secrets about where your job is going. They outsourced their positions to other countries claiming it's necessary for call volume, but I sit for 30-45 mins at a time without a call. THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR OUTSOURCED TALENT COMMISSION. So, what's the real motivation?
