So I came over from another ISP (which I won’t name) and the switch has been amazing! You get to work from home and all equipment is provided. Every single person that I have interacted with has been amazing and super helpful and supportive. The benefits are affordable and time off is great. I did take a pay cut but not having to commute makes up for that!

Cons

None aside from maybe not making myself get as much exercise since I’m working from home.
