Incredible environment, surrounded by supportive and helpful colleagues. Management listens and supports their teams. Super tight knit community that really helps each other and uplifts employees. Great benefits, especially for those that live in the service area.

Cons

Calls can be taxing, but customers are understandably frustrated.
