Hey, thanks for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We are proud to be able to offer all our staff a range of benefits and we will definitely continue to do so. We know that at times work/life balance can be hard, but if at any stage our staff feels that the working hours becomes too much we recommend they speak with their line manager or anyone from the people team. We are really sorry to hear that working for BrewDog hasn’t been what you had hoped it would be, hopefully over the course of the coming year your experience will improve. We understand that working at BrewDog can be hard and isn’t always for everyone. We know that as a business we have incredibly high expectations but it is the reason we have been as successful as we are, we are uncompromising and this isn’t going to change. We are aware that at points our staff can feel pressure in there jobs but over recent years we have put support mechanisms in place to help staff cope with the pressure. We know that in previous years we may not have had the right communication paths in place but we have worked extremely hard to ensure that we are communicating clearly with staff. We hope that we can continue to improve on the issues you have flagged here but any other issues you would like to discuss please speak with a member of the people team.
