Business Outlook
Pros
I have never seen a business where staff are treated with such respect and care. There is no repetition, you have your own tasks but there are always new and interesting things to be apart of both inside and outside of work. Colleagues are more like friends. They actively reward staff for their hard work. Being a part of Brewdog is exciting and no matter what your role is you are made to feel involved in the business.
Cons
Balancing a life outside of work can be tough as there is so much work to be done, some people may see this is a con but for me I love my job!
